The Sands of St Bregade

The Beach Club sits at the heart of one of Jersey’s most beautiful stretches of coastline. St Brelade’s Bay has been voted one of the best beaches in the British Isles, and there’s plenty to discover within walking distance. Whether you’re spending the day on the sand, exploring nearby landmarks or heading out on an island adventure, here are our favourite things to do near the restaurant.

St Brelade’s Bay Beach

Explore The Bay

Our neighbour, our inspiration and the reason you’ll want to stay all day. St Brelade’s Bay is a sweep of golden sand fringed with palm trees, safe swimming waters and some of the best sunsets on the island. Hire a sun lounger, try your hand at paddleboarding or kayaking with the local watersports team, or simply find your spot on the sand and let the afternoon disappear. The Beach Club is just steps from the shore, so a cold drink is never far away.

The Parish Church & Fisherman’s Chapel

A Thousand Years of History

At the western end of the bay, perched right on the waterfront, you’ll find one of Jersey’s most picturesque landmarks. The Parish Church of St Brelade dates back to the 11th century and sits alongside the medieval Fisherman’s Chapel, home to rare and fascinating wall paintings. It’s a peaceful spot for a stroll after lunch, with stunning views back across the bay towards the restaurant.

Corbiere Lighthouse

Jersey's Most Iconic Sunset

A short drive or a beautiful coastal walk from St Brelade’s Bay, La Corbiere Lighthouse is one of Jersey’s most iconic sights. Perched on a rocky outcrop at the island’s southwestern tip, it’s best visited at low tide when you can walk the causeway out to the lighthouse itself. At sunset, it’s nothing short of spectacular. Head there before dinner and come back to us for cocktails with a story to tell.
